MISSOULA – Washington-Grizzly Stadium at the University of Montana will rock again this summer with Post Malone and Jelly Roll co-headlining a show on their upcoming summer tour with a stop in Missoula on Tuesday, July 21.

Produced by Live Nation, all information for the BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2 is available online through Griztix.

“UM’s summer concert series is becoming the premier entertainment event in Big Sky Country,” said Marcus Welnel, Grizzly Athletics chief revenue officer. “The combined economic input generated off of these shows could eclipse $10 million for our local economy.”

Post Malone is an 18-time Grammy-nominated singer and rapper known for his unique ability to blend multiple genres through his music, including pop, hip-hop, country, R&B and rock. His latest album, “F-1 Trillion,” is his first full-length country album and features country music legends such as Dolly Parton, Tim McGraw and Hank Williams Jr.

Jelly Roll is also a Grammy-nominated singer and rapper, who began his music career in 2003 and gained audience attention with his 2022 singles “Need a Favor” and “Son of a Sinner,” earning him three CMT Music Awards in 2023.

Post Malone and Jelly Roll’s show in Missoula will be supported by Carter Faith, a rising country music singer and songwriter, who released her debut album, “Cherry Valley,” in 2025.

Tickets will first be available through a Citi presale on Wednesday, Feb. 4. Artist presale tickets will launch on Friday, Feb. 6. Live Nation, Spotify and local presale tickets will be released on Monday, Feb. 9. All presale promotions open at 10 a.m. MST. Tickets will be released for public sale on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 10 a.m. MST through GrizTix or the Adams Center Box Office.

This latest concert announcement marks the fifth stadium show at UM since 2024, and the 11th concert in the stadium’s history. When the stadium is filled for football games or a concert, it generates over $5 million for the local western Montana economy, impacting hotels, restaurants, bars, gas stations and other local businesses.

In May 2025, the Montana Board of Regents gave its stamp of approval to expand UM’s interdisciplinary Entertainment, Events and Sports Management program from a certificate to a major. Students began enrolling in the new major at the College of Business this past fall.

The UMEM program has been around since 2001, offering students unique, hands-on opportunities to learn about the entertainment business in settings ranging from music, television, film, sports, live performance and the literary and visual arts. The recent string of performances at Washington-Grizzly Stadium has allowed UMEM students to work with entertainment productions such as Pearl Jam, Tyler Childers, Pink and Shania Twain.
