Description

Flathead Industries has unveiled a new community mural at its Kalispell Thrift Store, created through a collaboration with Park Side Credit Union and My Glacier Village.

The vibrant mural, painted on the exterior of the thrift store, represents the power of partnership and shared community spirit. Volunteers from all three organizations came together to transform the wall into a colorful expression of connection, inclusion and creativity.

“This mural isn’t just paint on a wall — it’s a celebration of community,” said Alexandra Sheneman, associate director of marketing for Flathead Industries. “We’re so grateful to our partners Park Side Credit Union and My Glacier Village for joining us in bringing this vision to life. It’s a lasting reminder of what happens when local organizations work together.”

The mural project was part of a larger community initiative to beautify local spaces while supporting Flathead Industries’ mission to empower individuals with disabilities through employment, training and community involvement. This mural is one of many that will be completed in the coming years.

Park Side Credit Union and My Glacier Village both brought volunteers and supplies to help complete the artwork, reflecting their commitment to local collaboration and positive impact.

Residents and visitors are invited to stop by Flathead Industries’ Kalispell Thrift Store at 66 Fourth Ave. W. N., to see the mural and learn more about the organizations involved.
