Description

Whitehall Theatrics - Jr. Division will present Tracks in Whitehall at the Star Theatre on Tuesday, January 27th, and Wednesday, January 28th at 6 PM. Solo and duet pieces will also be performed. Tickets will be $8 per person. Donations are accepted and much appreciated, as drama is no longer a school-sponsored activity, and Gold Junction Presents is supporting the students in their festival participation.

Whitehall Theatrics - Jr. Division - brought to the community by Gold Junction Presents, will perform Tracks by Peter Tarsi over the Valentine’s Day weekend at the Montana Thespian Festival in Missoula.
Tracks is a popular one-act play about a group of strangers who find themselves in a subway station after death, forced to confront their lives and decide which train (heaven or hell) to board, exploring themes of morality, faith, and forgiveness through their confessions and reflections.
The play, written for high school and youth theater, is known for its simple set, ensemble cast, and philosophical questions about what makes a person “good” or “bad”.
The Whitehall cast includes: Kylee McLaughlin (8th grade) as the homeless girl, junior Jeanette Blazevich as the old man, junior Lilly Schober as the lawyer, Max Fernstrom as the professor, freshman Palyne Lucas as the nun, junior Irry Kelley as the businesswoman, senior Sawyer Osborn as the businessman, junior Kadie Chadwick as the high school girl, junior Rolan Leonti as high school boy, and junior Zoey Lyons as the waitress. The play is directed by Elizabeth Pullman.
The Tracks cast includes many of last year’s cast, who performed I Don’t Want To Talk About It at the state festival and brought home the competition’s highest award - the Impact Award.
Several of this year’s cast will also compete at the Thespys in monologue or duet performances, which could qualify them for nationals. Those performing monologues or duets in the Whitehall presentation of Tracks at festival include Kylee McLaughlin and Max Fernstrom, Lilly Schober, Irry Kelley, Palyne Lucas, and Rolan Leonti.
