Join us for a hands-on Postpartum Recovery Class in January 2026 to help you bounce back after giving birth!

Join a Women's Health Physical Therapist and a Maternal Mental Health Specialist for a 2-hour class to discuss useful tips and education to remedy discomfort and gaurd against pain and dysfunction during and after pregnancy and also prepare for any postpartum depression or anxiety.
